In this graph of the preliminary estimate of HICP can be observed that there is a fall in the HICP since February 2009, until June of that year. In this month is where to start has had the HICP inflation still some ups and downs as they occur in August of 2009 from here, there HICP inflation until February 2010 where there is a fall in the consumer price index Harmonized here in Spain.
The government estimates that the HICP would continue or increase the level of prices over the negative values, in my opinion not a good solution because it increased the price of products, i diminish the potential buyers of these, if true that the price will increase slightly, but enough to think that someone could not meet their basic needs or cost you more effort to get it.
