I agree with the idea of Krugman; the fault (in part) of the "crisis" is that the public administrations have enough things to control the economy. They have not a percentage of the most importants things (for me) to control the economy: banks, energy and comunications. These things and that the taxes were down before the crisis, like Zapatero in spain or Bush in USA; consequently, and for that reasons, a part of fault of the crisis is because of the governments.
